True, it had been in his best interest to avoid Soul Society completely for the sole reason of protecting his safety. Still, where else would he go? He had been switching between traveling through the world of the living, and sneaking into their territory. The air around Soul Society felt so much.. richer. Felt so full of life, as if the atmosphere around them could pump life into a person’s lungs with very little effort. It felt… mildly enjoyable. Still, he had to limit his presence there, only visiting the location for an hour or two at best.
